What services does CM Beyer provide?
CM Beyer operates three divisions: CMB Insight (marketing strategy and research), CMB Amplify (advertising and creative), and CMB Core (business management consulting). We also deliver direct-to-consumer sales programmes. Full details are on our Services page.
How do I request a proposal?
Contact us at sales@cmbeyer.co.uk or call +44 7946 812112. We'll arrange an initial conversation to understand your needs, followed by a written proposal with defined scope, deliverables, and fixed pricing.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 14 or 30 days from invoice date, as specified in your engagement terms. We accept bank transfer and direct debit. Invoices are issued promptly upon delivery of the agreed services.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Our clients range from early-stage startups to established SMEs with revenues up to £10 million. We structure engagements to be proportionate to the client's size and budget — you don't need an enterprise budget to work with us.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes. CM Beyer Limited is VAT registered (VAT No. 515289678). VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20% on all applicable services.
Do you have a minimum engagement size?
We don't have a formal minimum, but most engagements start from approximately £2,500 for a defined-scope project. Ongoing retained support typically starts from £1,000 per month. We'll always be upfront if your needs are better served by a different type of provider.
How do I raise a complaint?
Email support@cmbeyer.co.uk with details of your concern. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 10. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can escalate to compliance@cmbeyer.co.uk.
Where are you based?
Our UK headquarters is at Suite 53C Unimix House, Abbey Road, London NW10 7TR. We also have an Australian subsidiary at Suite 1146, Unit 5, 7 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.
