A short list of things to bring to your first call so we can give you useful answers quickly. None of these are required — we’ll work with whatever you have — but the more you can share upfront, the more concrete our initial recommendations will be.
About your business
- A one-sentence description of what your business does
- Approximate revenue and team size (we don’t need exact figures)
- How long you’ve been operating
- Your website URL, if you have one
About the problem
- What’s prompting you to reach out now? A specific event, a gradual realisation, a deadline?
- What have you already tried, and what was the result?
- What does success look like in six or twelve months?
About constraints
- An approximate budget range, even a rough one
- Timeline: is anything time-sensitive?
- Internal capacity: who in your team can support the work?
What we don’t need
You don’t need a detailed brief, a polished pitch, or a finished strategy. If you had those, you might not need us. A messy half-formed idea is fine — we’re used to those.
After the call
If we agree there’s a fit, we’ll send a written proposal with defined scope, deliverables, and fixed pricing within five business days. See How to request a proposal for what happens next.
