Engaging CM Beyer starts with a conversation. Here is the process from initial contact to signed proposal.
Step 1: Initial contact
Reach out via sales@cmbeyer.co.uk, through our Service Enquiry form, or by phone at +44 7946 812112. Tell us about your business and what you are trying to achieve. There is no commitment at this stage.
Step 2: Discovery call
We will arrange a 30-45 minute call or video meeting. The purpose is mutual assessment — we need to understand your needs, and you need to understand whether we are the right firm to help. We do not pitch during this call. We listen, we ask questions, and we give you an honest assessment of whether we can add value.
Step 3: Proposal
If there is a fit, we prepare a written proposal within 5-7 business days. The proposal defines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, team members involved, fees, and terms of engagement. Fees are fixed prices for defined deliverables — not open-ended hourly rates.
Step 4: Acceptance and kick-off
If you are happy with the proposal, you sign and return it. We counter-sign and arrange a formal kick-off meeting to establish working rhythms, confirm key contacts, and set expectations. If you want changes to the proposal, we discuss them openly and amend accordingly.
What if we are not the right fit?
We will tell you. If your needs are better served by a different type of provider, we will say so during the discovery call — and where possible, point you in the right direction. We would rather decline work than deliver something mediocre.
