Typical engagement timeline
Before the engagement
Every engagement starts with an initial conversation (free, no commitment), followed by a written proposal. The proposal defines scope, deliverables, timeline, team, and fixed pricing. You know exactly what you are paying for before any work begins. We do not do open-ended hourly billing.
During the engagement
You will receive regular progress updates at a frequency agreed during kick-off — typically weekly for campaign management and fortnightly for strategic projects. You will have a named point of contact who is responsible for your engagement and accessible by email or phone during business hours. All deliverables undergo internal quality review before being shared with you.
At the end of the engagement
We conduct a formal handover session — not a perfunctory meeting, but a structured walkthrough of all deliverables, the rationale behind key recommendations, and practical implementation guidance. All working files, data sources, and supporting documentation are provided so you are not dependent on us to interpret your own strategy.
After the engagement
Many clients choose to retain CM Beyer on an ongoing basis — for quarterly reviews, campaign management, or ad hoc advisory. Retained relationships have separate terms with defined scope and monthly fees. There is no pressure to continue. The quality of the initial engagement should speak for itself.
