Reliance on this promotion for the purpose of engaging in any investment activity may expose an individual to a significant risk of losing all of the property or other assets invested.
The Opportunity
CM Beyer Limited is offering unsecured loan notes to qualifying investors. You lend money to the Company at a fixed interest rate for a fixed term. The Company repays the principal with interest at maturity or on a quarterly basis.

Loan notes are debt, not equity. You do not get shares, voting rights, or ownership. Proceeds fund working capital, growth initiatives, service expansion, and operational investment across the UK and Australia.
The Company has traded profitably since incorporation and has declared 3 dividends totalling £336.14 in distributions. It operates three service divisions and publishes its governance framework, Articles of Association, ESG commitments, and full dividend history.
