Under Article 15 of the UK GDPR, you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is known as a data subject access request (DSAR).

What we need from you
To process your request, we need enough information to verify your identity and locate your data. This typically includes your full name, email addresses you may have used in communications with us, and any other identifying details such as company name or phone number.
Timeline
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and provide a full response within one calendar month, as required by UK GDPR. If a request is particularly complex, we may extend by a further two months — but we will tell you within the first month if this is necessary.
Cost
There is no fee for standard requests. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (for example, repeated identical requests), we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse the request, as permitted by Article 12(5).
What you will receive
A copy of all personal data we hold about you, plus information about how we process it, the lawful basis, who we share it with, retention periods, and your rights. Data is provided in a commonly used electronic format (typically PDF or CSV).
