How to update the contact, billing, and registration details we hold for your account.
What you can update
- Primary contact name, email, and phone
- Additional contacts and their permissions
- Billing address and accounts payable contact
- Company name (subject to verification — see below)
- VAT registration number
- Purchase order requirements
How to make changes
Email accounts@cmbeyer.co.uk with the details you’d like to change. Include your account reference if you have one, or your company name and registration number. Most changes are processed within two business days.
Changes that require verification
Some changes require additional verification before we can apply them:
- Change of company name: we’ll request a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name or equivalent
- Change of registered entity: treated as a novation; new engagement terms may be required
- Bank account changes for refunds: verified by phone call to a previously confirmed contact, never by email alone
