Organisational security

• All team members are aware of their data protection obligations
• Data processing agreements are in place with every third-party processor
• Data protection impact assessments are conducted for new processing activities where required
• Our Privacy Policy is published, reviewed regularly, and updated as our practices evolve
• Client data is never used for purposes other than delivering the agreed services

Breach response

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay. Our breach response procedure is documented, assigned to a named individual, and reviewed annually.
