CM Beyer declares FY2026/03 interim dividend
The director of CM Beyer Limited has declared the Company’s third interim dividend for the current financial year. The dividend has been designated FY2026/03 and represents the largest distribution to date, reflecting strong trading performance in the period.
Dividend details
The interim dividend is payable at a rate of £3.0776 per ordinary share. With 100 ordinary shares in issue, the total distribution amounts to £307.76. The dividend was declared and paid on 25 April 2026.
Legal basis
The dividend has been declared by Director’s Resolution in accordance with the Company’s articles of association and Part 23 of the Companies Act 2006. The director has confirmed that the Company has sufficient distributable profits to justify the distribution. No dividend may be paid otherwise than out of profits available for distribution.
Cumulative dividends
Including this declaration, the Company has now paid three interim dividends during the current financial year:
- FY2026/01 — £5.00 (paid 1 April 2026)
- FY2026/02 — £23.38 (paid 3 April 2026)
- FY2026/03 — £307.76 (paid 25 April 2026)
Total distributions for the financial year to date amount to £336.14.
