Managing your account with CM Beyer

Whether you are an active client or a former client, here is how to manage your relationship with CM Beyer.

Your point of contact

Every active client has a named point of contact responsible for their engagement. If you are unsure who this is, email support@cmbeyer.co.uk and we will confirm within one business day.

Updating your details

If your contact details, billing address, company name, or any other information changes, please email accounts@cmbeyer.co.uk as soon as possible. This ensures invoices reach the right place and we can contact you when needed.

Accessing your records

You can request copies of any deliverables, reports, proposals, or records from your engagement at any time by emailing your point of contact or support@cmbeyer.co.uk. For personal data requests under UK GDPR, see our DSAR guide.

Ending an engagement

For retained engagements, provide notice as specified in your engagement terms (typically 30 days). Project-based engagements end naturally upon delivery and acceptance of the agreed deliverables. There are no hidden exit fees or penalty clauses.

After the engagement ends

We retain your records for 7 years in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request copies at any time during this period, and you can request deletion after the retention period expires (or sooner, subject to our legal obligations).
