What is a direct sales programme?

A structured programme where trained representatives engage with potential customers face-to-face. This might be door-to-door, at events, in retail locations, or at business premises. The goal is to convert interested prospects into paying customers through guided, honest conversations — not high-pressure tactics.

How we structure programmes

  • Territory planning — we use demographic and historical performance data to select the most productive areas, not random canvassing
  • Training — every team member receives comprehensive training covering product knowledge, conversation technique, compliance requirements, and ethical conduct before speaking to a single customer
  • Scripted frameworks — not scripts to read word-for-word, but structured conversation frameworks with defined opening, qualifying, presenting, and closing phases
  • Daily reporting — real-time data on contact volume, conversation rate, conversion rate, and compliance metrics. Issues are identified and addressed within 24 hours, not at the end of the month
  • Weekly coaching — structured one-to-one reviews based on performance data, not generic motivation sessions
  • Compliance oversight — mystery shopping, call monitoring, and quality assurance as standard practice

All programmes comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (including 14-day cooling-off periods for doorstep sales), UK GDPR, and any applicable sector-specific regulations.
