- Attend check-ins. Decision-makers in the room means faster progress.
- Give feedback early. Course-correcting at 30% is easier than rebuilding at 90%.
- Ask questions. Good strategy should be explainable.
After the engagement
- Implement. Assign ownership, set deadlines, start executing.
- Measure. Track results monthly using the KPI framework we provide.
- Come back for reviews. Markets change — quarterly reviews keep your strategy current.
