Every engagement is governed by a written agreement. Here is what it covers.
Scope of work
Defines exactly what we deliver — deliverables, work involved, and exclusions. If it is not in scope, it is not included.
Scope changes: If scope needs to change mid-engagement, we discuss it openly, agree revised scope and fees in writing, and proceed only with your approval.
Fees and payment
Fixed prices for defined deliverables. The agreement states total fee, payment schedule, and terms. VAT at 20% is added. No hidden charges.
Intellectual property
All deliverables become your property upon payment. We retain the right to reference the engagement in generic terms only.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other’s information private. Obligations survive the end of the engagement.
Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days’ notice. You pay for work completed to date.
Liability
Capped at the fee paid. We carry professional indemnity insurance.
