CM Beyer declares FY2026/01 interim dividend
The directors of CM Beyer Limited have declared an interim dividend for the financial year ending 2026, designated FY2026/01, in accordance with Part 23 of the Companies Act 2006.

Context
This is the Company’s first dividend since incorporation. The directors have confirmed that the Company has sufficient distributable reserves to support this payment.
