The director of CM Beyer Limited has declared the Company’s second interim dividend for the current financial year. The dividend has been designated FY2026/02 and reflects continued trading activity and the availability of distributable profits.

Dividend details

The interim dividend is payable at a rate of £0.2338 per ordinary share. With 100 ordinary shares in issue, the total distribution amounts to £23.38. The dividend was declared and paid on 3 April 2026.

Legal basis

The dividend has been declared by Director’s Resolution in accordance with the Company’s articles of association and Part 23 of the Companies Act 2006. The director has confirmed that the Company has sufficient distributable profits to justify the distribution, as required by section 830 of the Act.

Payment

Payment has been made by bank transfer to the sole member on the register of members. No action is required by shareholders.
