As CM Beyer grows, so does our team. Whether we are hiring for client-facing roles, operational support, or direct sales positions, there are certain qualities we look for consistently — and certain things that matter less than you might expect.

What matters

Commercial awareness. Every role at CM Beyer connects to a commercial outcome. Whether you are managing a campaign, processing an invoice, or speaking to a customer on the doorstep, we expect you to understand how your work contributes to the business and to the client.

Communication. We are a consultancy. The ability to write clearly, speak confidently, and listen carefully is not a nice-to-have — it is the core of what we do. We would rather hire someone who communicates well and learns fast than someone with a perfect CV who cannot explain what they do.

Accountability. We operate with a small team and a flat structure. That means every person owns their work. If something goes well, you take the credit. If something goes wrong, you take responsibility and fix it. We do not have layers of management to catch mistakes — so we hire people who do not make the same one twice.

What matters less

We do not require specific degrees, years of experience, or industry backgrounds for most roles. We have found that the best people often come from unexpected places — career changers, self-taught specialists, people who have built something from scratch. What they have in common is drive, curiosity, and a low tolerance for mediocrity.
