CM Beyer Limited · Company No. 17009212 sales@cmbeyer.co.uk

LONDON, 30 April 2026 — CM Beyer Limited (Companies House 17009212) and Credicorp Limited (Companies House 16093826), two related UK companies under common directorship, have today signed a mutual trade mark coexistence and licensing agreement covering the established CrediCorp wordmark and the newly filed CREDITCORP wordmark. The agreement, dated 30 April 2026, formalises the side-by-side use of both wordmarks across one corporate group.

Under the agreement each company grants the other a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, sub-licence and enforce its trade mark. Credicorp Limited also gives its full and unconditional consent to the registration of the CREDITCORP application currently pending before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) under number UK00004379570.

Credicorp Limited has been lending to UK limited companies since 2024 and is the registered proprietor of UK trade mark UK00004156742 for the CrediCorp wordmark in Classes 36 and 45. CM Beyer Limited filed the CREDITCORP wordmark application on 28 April 2026 in Classes 35 and 36. Both companies are under common directorship: Mr Daniel Hunter sits as director of each.

This is a brand refresh, not a restructure. Customers know us as CrediCorp; over time more of what they see will say CREDITCORP. The agreement makes sure both marks can be used freely across the group and that the transition is invisible from a customer’s point of view.

Daniel Hunter, director of CM Beyer Limited and Credicorp Limited

What the agreement does

The sixteen-clause document records an arrangement that goes further than a standard letter of consent. Headline provisions include:

  • Unconditional consent from Credicorp to the filing, examination and registration of the CREDITCORP application, and an undertaking not to oppose, challenge or invalidate it at any stage.
  • Mutual perpetual licences in both directions — worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable and sub-licensable — covering every form of use from advertising and signage to domain names and social media.
  • Mutual enforcement rights against third parties, including the right to send cease-and-desist letters and bring claims for infringement or passing off as if the enforcing party were the proprietor.
  • Mutual non-challenge covenants: neither company will oppose, cancel or seek to invalidate the other’s mark, or assert any claim based on the similarity between the two.
  • Royalty-free today, with room for fees by mutual agreement: either company may propose future licensing fees, but no fee takes effect without express written agreement on both sides.
  • Survival on succession: the consents, licences and waivers continue in force despite any future change of ownership, assignment, merger or restructuring of either company.

No operational change for customers

Existing Credicorp customers are not affected. Loans, accounts, agreements, statements, payment arrangements and the customer portal remain at credicorp.co.uk. Body-corporate lending to UK limited companies remains outside the FCA’s consumer-credit regime per Article 60B of the FSMA RAO 2001. The new CreditCorp Group brand site at creditcorpgroup.co.uk (and the alias creditcorp.uk) launches as a single-page holding site during the transition; there is no fixed date for the wider rebrand.

Representation

Both companies are represented by Trama Legal s.r.o. of 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, which holds powers of attorney from each in relation to their respective trade mark matters. Notices given under the agreement are copied to Trama Legal as a matter of course.
