CM Beyer declares FY2026/01 interim dividend
The directors of CM Beyer Limited have declared an interim dividend for the financial year ending 2026, designated FY2026/01, in accordance with Part 23 of the Companies Act 2006.

The dividend is payable to all shareholders on the register at the record date. Payment will be made in the ordinary course to the sole member’s nominated account.
Context
This is the Company’s first dividend since incorporation. The declaration reflects the directors’ confidence in the Company’s early trading performance and its ability to meet the distributable profits requirements under section 830 of the Companies Act 2006. The directors have confirmed that the Company has sufficient distributable reserves to support this payment.
