CM Beyer confirms registered office and initial appointments

CM Beyer Limited has confirmed the administrative arrangements necessary to commence trading, including the formal registration of its office address and the appointment of its initial officer.

Registered office

Company officers

Daniel Hunter has been appointed as the sole director of the Company. The Company currently has one member, who also holds the sole directorship. The Company’s articles of association follow the model articles for private companies limited by shares, with certain amendments.
